Five Nights at Freddy’s 4: The Final Chapter a Five Nights at Freddy’s sorozat negyedik része. 2015. április 27-én jelentették be Scott Cawthon honlapján, a tervezett megjelenés pedig 2015. augusztus 8-án. A játék hirtelen 2015. július 23-án jelent meg. Bár a Halloween-téma megtartása érdekében a játék október 31-én kapott két jelentős frissítést. Ez az eredeti történet vége.
